I SHAKE

Denise,

Another poem, with another poem.  Does anyone understand, I don’t want poems, I just want you.

I SHAKE

I don’t want a picture,

I want you like a  fixture,

In place, where I can embrace,

To look at your pretty face.

My heart aches, so does yours,

Let me open your door,

Where how we always are,

With each other not by far.

I shake without your touch,

Seeing our children gives me a rush,

Are tears have cried to long,

I never left side or did wrong.

The night comes to an end,

Where I fall asleep as you send,

Your spiritual gift to my soul,

Who blocks love? As they patrol.

This is not a choice, but a sight,

As we are husband and wife,

As they will not conquer you,

As you know who I am always so true.

You went through the depths,

Time to hold me, without regrets,

You saw it in my eyes at the church,

Do not be scared with anymore hurt.
