COMING DOWN
© RYAN GUILEY
My honey is my best friend,
Loving her with a permanent pen,
The snowfall is coming down,
As I want you back in our town.
I recall so many great days,
When seeing her, I am in a haze,
Since, she is beautiful and bold,
She is more than a stack of gold.
Denise is a for a sure keeper,
As our love just gets deeper,
So many years have gone and away,
What are they trying to portray?
Denise is a star, who is so right,
Always so courteous and polite,
It feels like she always in my home,
She’s not a stranger, but well known.
So, simple is our love is to handle,
While the wax drips from the candle,
It smells like strawberries like her hair,
I see Denise while look in the mirror.
The snow will be coming soon,
She vanished six years ago in June,
Why did this have to happen to us?
It’s so evil, why don’t they bust?
The accountants who did the damage,
But they aid them with a bandage,
Since, they protect their currencies,
And let them do what they please.
